If you would like an early check-in or late check-out, please send us your preferred time through the booking platform. We will then check whether we are able to accommodate your request. This must be agreed in advance.

Bed linen and towels are not included in your stay, but can be rented from us. You are also welcome to bring your own. You will receive a message with a payment link, and it is important to order the correct number of sets according to the number of overnight guests. After payment, you will receive a code on the confirmation page, which is needed to collect the bed linen and towels from the locker. If you do not receive the code, please contact us through the booking platform.

At Nice Nest, we use self-check-in via key boxes. Normal check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out must take place no later than 10:00 AM.

You will receive your personal code and an arrival guide through the booking platform you used one hour before check-in. The code will normally be sent at 2:00 PM. The key box is located next to the door of your apartment.

If you do not receive the code, or if it does not work, please contact us through the booking platform.

At check-out, please lock the door and return the key to the key box. Cleaning is included in your booking. For longer stays, additional cleaning can be arranged for 300 DKK.

Please sort your waste correctly and take it to the waste bins by the roadside at number 44. Gather all used bed linen and towels and leave them in front of the main entrance door.

Visitors are welcome and are free of charge as long as they do not stay overnight. If an additional person stays overnight, the price is calculated per person per night. The total price depends on several factors.

If more people will be staying overnight than stated in your booking, please always contact us through the booking platform and update your booking so that it reflects the correct number of overnight guests.

If you are travelling with children, baby cots and high chairs are available upon request. The equipment is located in the shared storage room, where guests can collect and assemble it themselves. Please remember to return it after use.

Through our Grand Nest concept, you can book up to 4 apartments with space for a total of 20 people at the same location.

Parking is free and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please park next to the house or by the gable end. Free parking is also available along the sidewalk in front of the property at Jomsborgvej 42 and 44. There is space for one car in each of our two driveways. Please avoid parking on the opposite side of the road.

Nice Nest is centrally located in Odense C, close to the city center. The light rail stop is less than a 5-minute walk away, and the bus stop is only 1 minute away. Odense Train Station is approximately a 25-minute walk away.

You can read more about the hot tub and submit a request through our hot tub page. Once we receive your request, we will check whether the hot tub is available on your preferred date. If it is available, we will send you practical information and a payment link.

The hot tub is located in the shared garden, but it is a private experience for the guests who have booked it. A maximum of 6 people may use the hot tub at a time. It can be used from 3:00 PM on the selected date until 10:00 AM on the check-out day.

The hot tub is heated with firewood, and the initial heating usually takes approximately 3 hours from cold water. Firewood is not included, but can be purchased for 150 DKK. Please treat the hot tub with care and empty it after use.

For safety reasons, the hot tub is closed during periods of frost at 0°C or below.

All our apartments have a fully equipped modern kitchen, including a coffee machine and dishwasher. There is no washing machine in the apartments. The nearest launderette is Odense Møntvask at Rødegårdsvej 84B, 5000 Odense C.

All apartments have fast and free Wi-Fi. You can turn on the heating using the radiators. If the heating does not work, please contact us through the booking platform.

Hand soap is provided in the bathroom, but shampoo is not included. On arrival, you will also find a small hand towel, a dishcloth, a tea towel and two rolls of toilet paper in the apartment.

We do not offer luggage storage. We recommend using the luggage lockers at Odense Train Station.

To maintain an allergy-friendly environment, pets are not allowed in the apartments.
