No Smoking

❌ Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

✅ Outdoor smoking is allowed – please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Cleaning

✅ Leave the house tidy and clean upon departure.

❌ Extra cleaning fees apply in case of neglect or indoor shoe use.

❌ Guests must empty trash bins, clean grill & outdoor kitchen, and unload the dishwasher before checkout.

Noise & Neighbors

✅ Please respect our neighbors.

❌ No loud music or parties after 23:00.

Pets

❌ No pets allowed unless you have written permission.

❌ Violation may result in a fine of 3750 DKK per pet.

Bed Linen & Towels

❗ Bedding and towels are only available as a paid rental add-on.

❌ Taking them home will result in a fee of 1500 DKK per package.

No Shoes Indoors

❌ Shoes are not allowed indoors.

❌ Damages or cleaning due to shoes may be charged to the guest.

Property Inspection

✅ We reserve the right to inspect the property in case of suspected misuse, with prior notice as required by law.

No Commercial Activity

❌ It is strictly forbidden to conduct any kind of business, sales, or service activity from the property. All drugs forbidden. All parties forbidden.

❌ Escort services, brothel activity or similar will result in immediate eviction and report to authorities, and a fee for damage and cleaning of the host's opinion.
