A UNIQUE PROPERTY This charming 1929 property is well-maintained and thoroughly renovated, giving it a modern feel while respecting its original style.

The property's location makes it truly unique, with green surroundings nearby and just a stone's throw from city life. Here you get the perfect combination of relaxation and a city getaway.
▶ There is free, ample parking right in front of the property.
▶ On the day of arrival, one hour before check-in at 3:00 PM, you'll receive a code for the key box, so you can easily check in with no host contact. You're always welcome to contact the property administrator with questions before, during, or after your stay.

At our property complex with four accommodation units under NiceNestDK, we offer access to a cozy wilderness hot tub/spa located in the property's garden.

The wilderness hot tub can be booked separately through reception and is exclusively available to our guests.

Firewood for heating the wilderness hot tub is optional and can be ordered together with your booking.

Important information regarding freezing weather:
For safety reasons, our wilderness hot tub remains closed during periods of frost (0°C or below). Spa packages and firewood are non-refundable.

The property is just a 5-minute bike ride from Odense city center, close to H.C. Andersen's House and other cultural attractions. Walking is easy from the home, and there are also good transport options with light rail, buses, and a short distance to Odense Central Station. A beautiful path along the river leads directly to the center.
