NiceNest hosts four neighbouring homes on Jomsborgvej – 42A, 42B, 44A and 44B. Homes with the same house number share parking spaces, a garden, outdoor furniture and a depot room. In other words, guests in 42A and 42B share the same set of outdoor/common areas, and guests in 44A and 44B share another. Please keep these areas tidy and respect your neighbours’ space so everyone can enjoy their stay.
Please park next to the house/gable to maintain a good relationship with our neighbors. Avoid parking on their side of the street. Thank you for your cooperation.

We have a fully equipped kitchen and basic supplies. We recommend bringing the items you prefer – only a small amount is included.
Note: Linen and towels are rental only. A fee of 1500 kr applies if taken home.
The following items are available for free use. (Shared items between NiceNest guests) You will find them in the depot room (same room as the key box and linen lockers):

The sheet is only for the 6 cm mattress topper. Please place all used linen and towels by the entrance before leaving.
For the sofa bed, duvets and pillows are stored inside the sofa.
Bed sheets can also be found in the room with the red circle shown in the image below.
You can also rent bed packages from our shop on this site.
Keys are located behind the door marked in the red circle (see image below). Code is sent at 2 PM.
